Original drawing
Hellooooo! Send a number in my asks for this drawing challenge I found!
As a treat, you get to say which character you want to see: POTO cats, any of the ones in my MultiPhantomverse, or my OC crew like Pierce.
If you people muddle around like the last time I asked your opinion, I'm joining Raoul in the chair-throwing club 🪑💨
BUT if you've got interesting templates/prompts to send me, don't hesitate, I'll take them!!
Today on the Goober Cat Advent. It's them! It's the gang! They've summoned Santa. For very reasonable reasons, I'm sure, lads...? (The gang's guide to Santa summoning here)
L-R @blackforrestpunk 's Punk Erik, @vladimirsangel 's Aurik and my Pierce.
Finished a(nother) draft of my writing and looked down to see my gingerbread vampire looking back at me like this:
Mr Pierce... Mr Pierce, what have you done? What do you know? Why are you looking like me that?
Well. Unless this little doofus has better ideas, Tale One is complete - that is to say, it has a beginning and an end and a relatively coherent plot in between. That's a victory for me!
I have to delete so much stuff... too many long talking scenes about the meaning of life and such. I don't know how it happened, and I'm eager for it to un-happen.
Tiny Erik is here to say cheers to you!
His hat looks CURSED off-camera, so I gave him some juice (it's Lego, and I can't say how much I love that piece). He still looks a little frightened and brain-off, as Aiden says, but I think he's buzzing inside about so many good stories about him!
Konrad and I have just proofread chapter 29 of the webcomic. I'm so incredibly happy that I've covered the next 10 months with enough comic chapters.
My visit at the doctor today was pretty sobering. Tomorrow I'm going to see another doctor for other problems.
Due to my state of health, it took me about 4 weeks to draw chapter 29. I'm currently putting off the next 3 bonus chapters. No energy for storyboarding.
But I am soooo happy. Chapters 16, 17 and 18 are already prepared in Tapas. I can't wait to read what you have to say. 😍✨✨✨
He uses a lasso, how could I not? When I found out that Ramin Karimloo's Phantom has a fancy hat, it settled the matter.
I recently found out Love Never Dies exists and will be spending the rest of my life pretending it doesn't. This is what I believe Erik would do if he went to America. He'll be fine, lots of train tracks to blow up.
More Phantom cats here, human Phantom drawing here.
OUT OF YOUR COFFINS, SUCKERS! Edward Gory and Bram Stoker have collaborated again!
@vladimirsangel This is now my favourite (not) Christmas story. My only complaint is that I love cauliflowers. @blackforrestpunk The action! The drama! Applause! Nadir with horns is wonderful.
we did something again.
@vladimirsangel best writer of this damn planet! i am so glad to adapt again one of your short fics as a comic <3 it is always a pleasure for me

if you want to read this incredible fic, written by vlad: https://www.tumblr.com/vladimirsangel/760266902105931776/not-christmas-but-close read it. it is so good.
🫦 Close-up of a WIP.
For the first time, I drew a fairly decent digital drawing of a human-like creature. And then this happened. I'm cursed. I want to take a bite out of it.
Perchance, I should consider giving up pursuing a career as an illustrator, and turn to making vampire pin-ups.
What are the people's interests in slightly scandalous, highly edible-looking vampire art?
In which Leroux Erik meets his descendants. He is not impressed.
I started this before I read Kay's Phantom (yes, it took me that long to finish), so sadly, that kooky Erik is not present. He'd probably murder all the other Eriks.

My rambles about all these adaptations here.
I'm tired, so have some Pierce being unintentionally funny.
All of these happened during intense scenes or fight sequences. I didn't realise as I was writing that they're pure slapstick. All the Gothic elements of toxic people, betrayal, loneliness and misery are present in the story, but as Van Helsing puts it, King Laugh refuses to be shut out. Sorry, Pierce, you have a kooky author.
For the OC ask game: 9 & 14!
Hiya, thank you for asking! I love doing these. Questions are from this ask game.
9. Does your character swear? Do they remember their first swearword? Pierce doesn't swear much, though he loves a saucy euphemism. He was in with a very... radical, wild crowd when he was young, he definitely learned a thing or two. Cleopatra was born in the Noughties, she has an extensive mental curseword dictionary but prefers creative insults . Her first swear was 'shite.' Sarah swears every few sentences, mostly 'hell' and 'damn', which were pretty bad in the 1700s, but she also uses slurs (which are never actually written out - once she 'called Pierce a name') that were common back then.
14. What animal are they afraid of? Pierce is afraid of terriers. He likes most dogs, but the small kind makes him jumpy. His fears change depending on what animal form he's taking, really. Cleopatra is afraid of fishes. She thinks they look very creepy in the water. Aquariums make her intensely uncomfortable, but she also enjoys it. Sarah is afraid of vampires. They symbolise corruption and depravity, but most of all because she is tempted by the power they have.
How it feels to be writing right now.
Please, please, please stop talking so much, guys, we're too far over the word count already. Well. Serves me right for handing out POVs to everyone like cheap chocolates.
Is any of you good at deleting things? Or is it the universal plight of writers? Me, I'm not getting out of this without help or divine interference.
Prepare to be menaced by writing memes, I'm back at my nonsense writing these days.
Amanda. Artist. Writer. Victorian vampire. Here lies my shenanigans.
