The gift of giving.

Many know the mantra of ‘my submission is a gift’. And damn right it is, no one is entitled to your submission simply because you are submissive. It’s something that needs to be earned, something that is -given- willingly through trust.

But we can’t forget about the gift of dominance.

Yes submission is a gift, and should always be appreciated. But likewise, the effort and passion given from a Dominant is a gift.

The time taken from a Dominant, The thought given into scenes, The effort to connect and understand their submissive as intimately as they do, The love, care and tenderness given to inspire your submission.

These only scratch the surface of the efforts of a Dominant, and should always be acknowledged and appreciated.

The submission is a gift, as is the dominance. It’s a give and take dynamic. And we’d all be a little better off to remember the sacrifice of both parties.

There are times when this is desired and has been given freely right before he curls up, using My thigh as his pillow through the night.  he wakes before Me from time to time padding around silently, preparing My tea when it's time for Me to rise.  What a delight those mornings are...to wake and find him on his knees beside the bed, that unmistakable gleam of mischief dancing in dark eyes, a mug of fragrant, steaming tea between his hands as he beams his smile at Me with a perky, "morning, morning, morning, Mistress"...then kisses the rim of the mug and offers it to Me.  Yes, I do believe I shall keep him. 

Tired drabbles

Trying my hand at a drabble, sorry for no cut, I’m on mobile.

He shuddered as he heard her approaching steps. He made a small noise behind the saliva moistened gag she had forced into his mouth and tied behind his head. Her steps seemed to echo. He turned his head, hoping to hear better which direction she would come from. He quietly cursed the blindfold she had covered his eyes with. She clutched his chin with her thumb and forefinger, and gently turned his head to center.

She moved her hand from his face, to the arm next to it. She had bound his wrists first, taking smooth ropes and crossing his wrists. She wrapped the ropes tightly over and around his wrists, and pulled his arms taut over his head. She affixed the end of the ropes to the center of the coiled headboard. His arms flexed against their bonds as she caressed her way up his smooth, bear arms. She chuckled as the skin flushed and became goose bumped. She leaned over, placed her lips to his ear. Her breath felt hot, damp. He felt his blood thumping.

Well? Are you ready for your punishment?
