Of course, he is a nightwing telepath. I guess, in WoF AU the Takahashi genus are one of the few among the nightwings that can gain powers by hatching under the moonlight.

(Also, a fan fact - initially in the books it was planned that the third moon, in addition to foresight and telepathy, also gave the night dragons telekinesis. So maybe Kenshi is a three-moon nightwing)

I had a hard time designing his face, you can even see the first previous version in the top corner. I tried to make it not too detailed, but still recognizable (also want to do a re-draw of him from the comic page)
