The wonderful alien creations of Wayne Barlowe
Every time I see an article about a paramedic getting criminally charged after making a mistake, I worry that the charges go too far, and that it might discourage reporting your mistakes when they happen. But then I read the article, and it's some insane shit like this, where the medic (allegedly) paralyzed the patient with Rocuronium instead of Ketamine, and didn't tell anyone until they got to the hospital. Sounds like they didn't even properly manage the poor guy's airway after knocking his muscles out.
