• he grew up in a cult family, like his parents ran a cult and he was forced into it ("we were all worshipping this giant rock that looked like a huge penis").
• he had a really traumatic life because he likes being in hell.
• he died when he was like a young adult because he acts like he's a fucking gen z kid.
• he's been to earth before he used jack as a vessel (he knows way too much to have not been) and he prefers using young adult males as vessels because that's who he is.
• he's met rowena before, a couple centuries ago, and knows her on a semi-personal level.
• same with meg, i feel like she was the first and one of the extremely few demons that ever liked him and became a friend. he doesn't learn that she died until he brings her up to sam one of the few days he was with tfw and when he learns, he just has to take a Moment.
• he's a prince of hell, but he's the weakest of the group so nobody trusted him with a high status job, so he punches a clock and does pretty simple tasks; which leads to him not having trust in his own power despite having a high status and knowing more than just a normal demon.
• not to mention that the spells he did had so few ingredients but did huge things, so there had to be crazy power behind the caster, right?
• jack's body was the first body that he felt comfortable in, like he says that he'll leave when he finds another body but there was Several "blending" bodies around at literally every fucking moment but he still stayed in jack's.
• also on the vessel subject, i think he only chooses bodies that are already dead because, again, there were several bodies that he could've hopped into but he chose not to.
• he actually wasn't supposed to be in hell; his soul was just snatched before he got to heaven and lucifer and lilith had their fucking way with him to turn him into a yellow eyes and they told him that he belongs here and that once a soul has been to hell, it can't go to heaven so he's Stuck here now and he believes that even though it isn't true.
• oh, not to mention that he's definitely not straight.
Halsey es una mujer que realmente me inspira día a día, y Still learning es una de mis canciones favoritas de Manic. So enjoy
“Pero nadie a mi alrededor sabe quién soy, qué me pasa, a quiénes lastimé y a dónde se han ido. Sé que he causado mucho daño pero estoy tratando de solucionarlo. Cometo los mismos errores, una y otra vez. A todos mis amigos, me disculpo por eso”
— Halsey- Still Learning.
DAMN RIGHT
You’re able to call your parents “Mom” and “Dad”. They were not born with those names.
You’re able to call your teachers “Mr” or “Mrs” and their last name. You’d get in trouble if you addressed them by first name.
You’re able to call a celebrity by their chosen stage name.
You’re able to call your friends a shortened version of their name, their middle name instead of their first, or a completely random nickname.
You’re able to call a married woman by her husband’s last name, even though she was not born with that last name.
But when someone’s transgender, how does calling them by a name they were not born with somehow become a hassle?
