my tool kit for self care and protection:
knife for food, knife for things that are not food, rag with rust dyed embroidery for hand wiping and nose blowing, embroidered sketchbook, dyed thread on wooden spool, three whistles for music or alert, a candle with osha, lavender and yarrow, an anti anxiety tincture, thieves oil blend solid hand moisturizer, fork, spoon, tongs for picking up things i shouldnt (too hot) (too dead), all wrapped in canvas roll up pouch!
everything was made by me except for the glass bottle!
