“The Meaning Of My Existence Is That Life Has Addressed A Question To Me. Or, Conversely, I Myself

“The meaning of my existence is that life has addressed a question to me. Or, conversely, I myself am a question which is addressed to the world, and I must communicate my answer, for otherwise I am dependent upon the world’s answer.”

🌈🪴🌹🌺🌞 You can use colors to activate certain houses in your horoscope.
Each planet has a color association. By wearing that color more or using it more in your expression, you can activate that planet ~ thus activating the houses it rules in your horoscope.

Planets & Color(s) Associated
Sun - Red/Gold 🌞
Moon - White/Silver ⚪️
Mercury - Green 🌱
Venus - White/Bright colors 🌈⚪️
Mars - Blood Red/Deep red 🩸
Jupiter - Yellow/Gold 🪙
Saturn - Black/Blue ⬛️
Rahu - Purple/Smokey Black 🔮
Ketu - Brown/Smokey 🟤

Colors and the mental activation they spark has been studied for years in psychology. It is used in marketing as well as to bring about certain emotions.
The decorations in your house and the colors keep you at a certain frequency emotionally. pic.twitter.com/KDO8TT2PMy

When you walk into a restaurant and you see the wait staff, they are usually wearing black. It's interesting that Saturn represents the servant or servitude in Astrology & is associated with the color BLACK. pic.twitter.com/WiZK6ieQgx

but also in fashion Black is a sign of elegance, luxury and MYSTERY.
It has a slimming effect and it's a staple color in a lot of people's wardrobe. pic.twitter.com/AL7fbY4FqL

"In physics and on the light spectrum, black is the absence of color. However, in art, black is the presence of all colors. In printing, black is one of the colors needed to produce other colors."
in fashion, any color worn with black has an extra POP. pic.twitter.com/x1LOoWkbzi

Wearing more black colors will activate SATURN's energy. Excess black can cause depression as it's the darkest color. Saturn exalts in Libra and Libra is the fashion industry, so this color is HUGE in fashion.

Some planets have multiple color associations. Saturn is also associated with Blue as the gemstone for Saturn is blue sapphire. Also, Shani Dev is said to be dark blue in complexion. pic.twitter.com/NPQX5xezcS

So using colors will activate that planet and the house it rules in your horoscope.
Wanting more energy for career? Taurus Ascendant - 10h Lord is Saturn - wear more black.
Saturn is also yogakaraka (benefic) for Taurus ascendant - so this can help.
Be careful though,

— 🌹 𓂉゚: *✧ (@lunagiiselle) May 14, 2022
you increase the planets potential in your horoscope. Think about Saturn's karakas as well.
Make sure the planet is friendly to your ascendant too.
Cancer Lagnas do good using more deep red colors because of Mars being Yoga Karaka and lord of their 10H.

— 🌹 𓂉゚: *✧ (@lunagiiselle) May 14, 2022
Need help with routine? 6H Lord color.
Study help? 3H lord color.
Relationship help? 7H lord color.

I would say test out the colors on the planetary day associated for a couple weeks to start. Because it can get tricky if you are using colors for a planet thats afflicted.

— 🌹 𓂉゚: *✧ (@lunagiiselle) May 14, 2022
I have noticed in general using colors of kendra (1,4,7,10) or trikona lords(1,5,9)is generally okay.
Kendras as Vishnu Sthan (preserving)
Trikonas are Lakshmi Sthan (wealth/prosperity giving)

If you want to get down to the specifics or more advanced color astro usage- each nakshatra has a color! (From Dr. Pai's Research on Nakshatra book) pic.twitter.com/8mGAgm10xQ

Hope this helped! I've seen this work more so with planetary colors rather than nakshatra because Nakshatra are the LUNAR, internal function. If you want some external results, use the planetary color.

— 🌹 𓂉゚: *✧ (@lunagiiselle) May 14, 2022
Please study the Navagraha on your own and then look at the color associated and the psychological break down. It's amazing to see how they are linked together.

White and Moon - Moon represents Mind - White represents peace of mind, clarity.
Mercury & Green - commerce, spreading of seeds, plants and also calms the mind.

You may find certain colors you do not like because of the way the planet is placed/aspected in your horoscope.

The Reason Why We Need Difficult Chart Alignments

The Reason Why We Need Difficult Chart Alignments

People often wonder what is the point of debilitated planets in one's chart. Why do we go through difficulties, why do some people struggle, while some have an easier time.

Whenever someone asks me that question, I always think of a conversation I once had with an online friend I used to hang around a few years ago. It was before my spiritual project has taken off, I was looking to find myself, I gave up on trying to find regular job security, I was diving full into spirituality, and I don't regret any of the above, but it was a miserable process. I had many difficult professional experiences before that, and as much as I was unsure of the future, I felt liberated. I was trying to talk to that friend about my life, my suffering, my hopes and my determination for self improvement, and my friend, who by the way has very easy chart aspects and was really praised in her office, looked at me sceptically as if I was inventing things and said "Surely, it doesn't have to be THAT bad!". Only...for me at that time, it was.

People who haven't had the experience of encountering challenges often can't fathom how difficult this area of life could be for others. To them, that Universe doesn't exist. They think people who had to go through these challenges somehow always encounter them as a result of a mistake, or it's something that can be easily corrected. A person who has known suffering, even if they bounce back from it and gain happiness, is forever humbled by the experience, and that suffering makes them develop greater empathy.

Ease without challenges produces blindness, complacency and unconsciousness. We can't have maturity and awareness without experiencing challenging circumstances. Greatness is born from overcoming obstacles, not having things handed on a silver platter.

Numerology Master Numbers and Astrology

Numerology Master Numbers And Astrology

As an astrologer, I am definitely not the only one who uses the celebrity base on astrotheme as an endless supply of natal charts to learn from. It gets even more interesting, when you mix your knowledge of astrology and numerology.

Planets in the astrology chart are often linked to numerological vibrations. For example, I have been surrounded by many life path 7s in my life, mostly family, and all these people tend to have 6th/12th house natal planets. They often have difficult lives, oriented not towards material gain but service to others and gaining spiritual humility. Life path 5s often have dominant mercurial vibes - in some way, those energies rule their chart, I’ve seen mostly Virgo and Gemini risings. Life path 1s often have Aries/1st house or some sort of action motivated/fire ruled energies in their astrology charts.

Those with master vibrations in numerology tend to have a hard life and bloom later in life - often in their 50s. That happens due to the fact, that master numbers have two different energies to master in one lifetime. The intensity is overwhelming for the human body to deal with, and it takes time to do the double work, it takes twice the time to find balance and fulfillment with such intense energies. I had people be jealous of my life path 11, but I always tell them that if they like it so much, together with this vibration they would carry the burden. So you get double the homework - blending both the energy of 1 and 2 into your life, and constantly preserving the balance between them. Same with all other master numbers.

Obviously the double work explains, why many people with those vibrations can suddenly skyrocket to fame as they approach their 50s, and suddenly, as they gain maturity, their intense energies blossom with strong gifts, after a lifetime of working on them or maybe even not tapping into them at all. That happened for example to the famous author of the 50 Shades of Grey novels, a LP 11 who openly says that she is surprised her midlife crisis writing lead to success, since she didn’t write before her 40s at all, and her writing was more of a guilty pleasure for her.

However, this situation does not apply to every master number. Why? Because the layer we are talking about is only the success in the material world, and fulfillment, happiness and balance in life doesn’t rest solely on that. There are people, who became successful while still young, born with master vibrations - my favorite examples are Harry Potter actors, Tom Felton and Emma Watson, both LP 11s, child actors. Tom Felton’s chart doesn’t have his birth hour, so I’m not gonna shoot in the dark, but Emma Watson’s chart is filled with planets auspicious for public success, like Mars in Dhanishta or Jupiter in the 10th. This is an example of how people’s astrological energies can win them public acclaim in lives easier, even as a master number. However, this success does not have to equal fulfillment in their lives. It’s just one area of life, where these people’s energies flow easily so it was possible for them to be easily successful to the public. Which may explain, why we haven’t heard anything groundbreaking from these actors, since their childhood careers - they will probably reemarge with something more substantial, after they mature.

Nevertheless, we have no idea what kind of emotional suffering these people carry behind the veil of early success. Every master number has SOME area in life where they struggle and it will take them years to master that energy. Or they may have only resolved it moderately while they were young, they were used to operating those energies on an average level and suddenly, later in life the problems may find resolution and their level of fulfillment explodes compared to how their life was before. I have a LP 11 friend, who has a moderately successful career, but her personal relationships never lasted and brought her a lot of pain. Her work friends have no idea about her struggles, and still view her as a very positive, accomplished person. An image of success does not have to equal balance or happiness.

Bottom line is - if you are a numerological master number, study your astrology chart thoroughly. As a master number, you incarnated to guide and serve humanity in some way. It is more important for you than everyone else to understand which energies in your life will be easier to navigate, what you can use to give to others, and which energies you need to give A LOT of patience and time. You can have an easier time especially with the gifts of your Ketu, because this is something you did over many lifetimes, and as a master number, you had many past lives, and you’re highly spiritually connected, so it will come very easily, almost automatically. For example, I have my Ketu in the 8th house. When I first picked up tarot, I had an immediate, instinctive understanding of it, and I was feeling confident even with little practice. Same with astrology, I always had an intuitive understanding of its energies, before I studied it in depth. I also could always seamlessly relate and grasp everyone’s traumas and psychological complexities. Mental flexibility and natural acceptance of controversial, painful topics, and also being able to transform through those energies in my own personal life is simply something I did so many times I will always have an easiness channeling it for others. It is however important not to stop at just tapping into those past life gifts, but simply use them to propel yourself forward and force yourself to leave the comfort zone. Even if it’s painful, shameful and takes years of work.

Most importantly, no matter what your Life Path Number and Astrology Chart say, remember that it is never too late for you, and you can always blossom, no matter what hardship you left behind, and how long it took to build what you always dreamt of.

1st House: The Helm This Is Where Your Spiritual Energy And Identity Take The Spotlight. The 1st House

1st House: The Helm This is where your spiritual energy and identity take the spotlight. The 1st House governs your appearance, personality, and vitality—the essence of how you project yourself to the world. It’s your steez, your approach to life, and the first impression you make on others. The 1st House is all about beginnings, the mask you may unknowingly wear, and how you come to know yourself on a deep authentic level. The captain of this ship is the ruling planet of the zodiac sign residing there.

2nd House: Gate of Hades Your values, self-esteem, and ability to attract wealth are all tied to the 2nd House. This is where your personal resources, possessions, and financial matters come into play. The foods you eat, your saving and spending habits, and your sense of self-worth are all part of this house. It’s where your style and material wealth are rooted, reflecting how you value yourself and what you own. This house represents how you sustain for yourself, how you support all that the first house needs of you to be who you are.

3rd House: Goddess The 3rd House is the domain of communication, early education, and the mind. It governs how you gather and process information, your intellect, and your interactions within your community. This house also encompasses your relationships with siblings, short travels, and technical skills. It’s the space where your to-do list and daily mental activities take shape.

4th House: Subterranean Deeply connected to your roots, the 4th House represents your home, heritage, and ancestry. It’s where your inner life and sense of security are nurtured, influenced by your upbringing and relationship with your parents—especially the mother. This house also relates to land, generational gifts, and knowledge passed down through the family. It’s a space of femininity and the feminine energies in your life. This is the lowest point of the birth chart and can be fairly private and personal-as opposed to the 10th house. It holds up the rest of the chart and is incredibly important in terms of learning about our sense of security/stability emotionally, spiritually, and physically.

5th House: Good Fortune Joy, creativity, and self-expression flourish in the 5th House. This is where you experience the pleasures of life—love affairs, children, art, and entertainment. It’s the house of flirtation, play, and drama, where your passions come to life. The 5th House also governs leisure activities, fertility, and the pursuit of happiness through creative endeavors. A sense of nostalgia lives here too.

6th House: Bad Fortune The 6th House deals with work, health, and daily routines. It’s the space of labor, servitude, and the duties that never seem to end. This house also governs how you care for your body, deal with illness and injury, and interact with employees or pets. It’s where the unexpected challenges in life arise, requiring your attention and resilience. Look here for understanding on what great works you may find yourself committing to.

7th House: Setting Place Relationships take center stage in the 7th House. This is where you finally begin to truly engage with others, forming long-term commitments, whether in marriage, partnerships, or friendships. It’s the house of open enemies, where you face the other in life. The 7th House also governs relaxation, romance, and the deep bonds that define your connections with others.

8th House: Gate of Hades Death, transformation, and shared resources are key themes in the 8th House. It’s where you confront karma, contracts, and generational lessons. This house also deals with loans, debts, and the deep psyche—the mysteries and fears that lie beneath the surface. The 8th House is a place of soul material, where you explore the unseen and the unknown. Here, you face all consequences-positive & negative- of the 7th house and the relationships, contracts, and potential enemies made there. This is the house of others esteem of you, opposite of the 2nd.

9th House: House of God The 9th House is your portal to higher knowledge, philosophy, and spiritual exploration. It governs your worldview, ethics, and the pursuit of truth through study, travel, and discovery. This house is where you connect with religion, spirituality, and the higher mind, expanding your understanding of the world and your place in it.

10th House: House of Praxis Your public life, reputation, and career are shaped by the 10th House. It’s where you strive for honor, recognition, and achievements that define your legacy. This house also relates to your relationships with authority figures, particularly the father, and how you navigate the public sphere. The 10th House is where your goals, fame, and business acumen are realized. Sitting at the very top of the chart, like the sun at noon high in the sky, all can see you here.

11th House: Good Spirits In the 11th House, your hopes, dreams, and social networks come to life. This house governs your friendships, group affiliations, and the communities you belong to. It’s where you connect with humanity, receive sudden blessings, and find support in your aspirations. The 11th House is also associated with gifts, riches, and the imagination needed to dream big.

12th House: Bad Spirits The 12th House is a place of retreat, isolation, and self-undoing. It’s where you confront your inner shadows, secrets, and hidden enemies. This house governs institutions, mental health, and the need for solitude or seclusion. It’s also a space of psychological development, where you deal with endings, sickness, and the unseen forces that shape your life journey. This house is in a blind spot to the first house of Self and that is why we can be blind to the very things that reside here. Its not so much that these things seek out to destroy you but any area of your life your are deeply unaware of can come back and disorientate you from who you believe yourself to be.

The Psychology behind Fast Fashion:

Fast fashion has revolutionized the retail scene, providing the masses with the hottest styles available within lightning-fast timeframes and at breakneck prices. But what makes the phenomenon tick? Behind the thrilling aspect of fast fashion lies a complex interplay between emotions, social pressures, and cognitive biases.

Instant Gratification

The biggest psychological factor is the demand for instant and immediate fulfilment of a person’s needs or desires . A world that applauds in immediacy ensures fast fashion delivers exactly what people want: fast rewards. The shopper rushes with new clothes, lifting their mood temporarily. And this impromptu satisfaction fosters an addiction; sooner than later, more purchases might lead to buyer's regret.

Social Identity and Peer Influence

Thus, as a means of self-expression and social identity, fashion can also present a crucial role in defining who people are. Associating with fast fashion can be a means of creating the perception that wearing the latest trends "heightens" the individual's social status. Social pressure is at a great level to avoid FOMO through keeping abreast with peers, influencers, and even celebrities. The cycle leads to the fact that one needs to change the goods in his or her wardrobe continuously "to keep up," causing overconsumption.

Cognitive Dissonance

Fast fashion consumers experience cognitive dissonance, which occurs when values clash with practices of purchase. The consumer on one hand may preach sustainability and ethical responsibility, but low prices and fashionable items can justify a one-stop shop at fast fashion. This can cause guilt, but social acceptance usually drowns out these thoughts.

Marketing Techniques

This fast-fashion company uses many psychological tactics in its advertisements that play tricks in the consumer's mind. Scarcity-based marketing, where limited stocks, sales, or low quantities are offered as time-sensitive forces the buyer to shop on impulse. Consumers keep coming back due to a new collection each month that convinces them to shop because it's new and is the 'thing' at that particular moment.

Conclusion To put it in a nutshell, the psychology which defines fast fashion reveals how emotional wants, social influence, and marketing manipulation blend together into a notable shopping experience. Understanding these aspects will empower the consumers to make mindful decisions that will lead to a far more sustainable approach towards fashion.

1) It's possible to have more than one mental disorder at the same time. This is called psychiatric morbidity. For example, a person with schizophrenia may also suffer from panic, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, etc.

2) OCD and ASD are different. OCD is a mental disorder and ASD is a developmental condition that a person is born with. An autistic person may develop OCD during their lifetime.

Psychology thing I'm curious about: when a disorder has another disorder as a symptom, would someone have both or just the one that includes the other as a symptom?

the male gaze distorts reality

started watching movies again (just don't like movies really) and one thing that surprised me was how the male gaze isn't just about staring at hot naked ladies, but how it distorts reality. the male gaze creates 'people' and 'situations' that simply don't exist.

the biggest example to me is the femme fatale. the devious woman using her sexuality as a weapon. whether the trope is a blonde bimbo bubblingly bouncing her boobs, or a sophisticated older brunette casually letting the strap fall off her shoulder and threatening to reveal her bust, they are different incarnations of the same concept. the women are knowingly using the sexual desire of men against them.

i watched a particularly egregious example where a group of women were sent to seduce a group of men, hanging off their shoulders, caressing their chests, with the promise of further sex if they came to another room. the true purpose was to humiliate them by getting them to disrobe in front of other people.

when i was a kid watching these scenes, i was convinced that this was a real thing women did - there were women out there who knowingly used their sexual appeal to get men to do things they otherwise wouldn't. it had to be such a recurrent trope for a reason, right? it even shows up in movies for children - remember the hot pink pegasus seducing hercules's pegasus?

but as an adult, i find myself confused watching these scenes. i've never seen anything like this happen. i've never met someone who says they do things like this. it's one thing to be flirty and dress in a sexually attractive way to get free drinks, but it's quite another to be so sexually forward to 'deceive' and 'trap' men. not to mention, it's... dangerous. if the man even believes he's being deceived, he can turn violent. it's a foolish move.

maybe the only real life example I can think of is honeypots. but honeypots are actual spies, trained by governments, and spies are selected to have less empathy than the average human being. do we really think that among untrained women there are so many seductresses with the skill of trained spies?

"what about sex workers/prostitutes?" while the honeypot spy is employed by a government agency, prostitutes are paid by the very people they are "seducing." prostitutes have to put on an act - they need to pretend to be the sexually active and perpetually horny woman men both want and fear. but most prostitutes are not like this; they are in it because they need money fast, not because they think fucking strange men for pay is a sexy and desirable career path (fun fact - read the diary of madam pompadour, the most famous courtesan and the embodiment of aristocratic seductress, and you will find she actually did not like having sex with the king and dreaded it. not even our real life courtesans can live up to our fantasies.)

the entire idea of a woman using her sexuality against men is simply a male fantasy - and the flipside is that it's a male anxiety, too.

men wish that women would approach them and find them desirable and initiate sexual intercourse with them, without the men having to do any of the work. there's nothing inherently wrong with fantasizing that a hot person finds you so special and hot that they want to have sex with you right away. men and women of all sexual orientations entertain these secret fantasies.

but then, there's the fear - "what if these hot women are actually only pretending to be interested in me, to get something from me? and i'm too horny to think straight and i actually give it to them?!" and that is the male anxiety, that for a moment, they actually end up losing the upper hand. despite the fact that such a situation is actually pretty rare in real life (I asked several male friends if they had personally or second-hand encountered such a situation in real life, and none could say they had), it is a common trope in fiction. it is especially lascivious in film, where the seduction before the fall can be portrayed in softcore porny ways.

"this is a foolish idea, everyone knows fiction and reality are separate." well, we know they are separate, but do you know which parts? if you don't already know the facts of the situation beforehand, how can you tell when fiction is lying to you and when it's drawing from reality? do you think the young, sexually inexperienced kids watching disney's hercules know that 'seductresses' aren't a common threat when we watch this scene? or will they learn and think "ok, a thing that happens in grownup life is that hot ladies seduce men, and you gotta watch out for them!" what basis does a child or even a teenager have to know this is false? especially when this is a common trope?

"women are sexually available and active - and deceitful" is a harmful trope. when you read about the ancient greeks stereotyping that women are lustful, they don't mean it in an "aww shucks, these girls just love having sex!" kinda way, they mean it in a "women are unfaithful and will use any means to get dick, including taking advantage of their hotness" way (this is why 'whore' is the ultimate insult for women). because if this trope were real, then it would be dangerous, wouldn't it? honeypot spies are dangerous for this reason. luckily for us, it is not real, but the male anxiety surrounding it continues. the male desire/anxiety around it informs porn tropes about 'punished sluts'. it informs incel tropes about the 'cock carousel'.

and this is what i mean when i say the male gaze distorts reality. it fabricates, out of whole cloth, a person that does not exist in any meaningful way - a woman who seduces men while demanding no emotional involvement, who is eager and willing at all times, who can turn the very desire for her existence against those men to get what she wants. she is not repulsed by or afraid of the men she pretends to be attracted to. before, we had to content ourselves with art and novels glorifying this false woman, but film allows her to exist in flesh and blood. cast a real woman, have her speak words and move her body in ways dictated by a man, and suddenly she appears much more real. grow up with enough of these, and even women writers can start to think these "seductresses" are real people. she can try to reclaim her and turn her into a badass boss babe, or she can condemn her as immoral and pathetic, but the deception is complete - the argument is no longer about whether this woman exists (she does not), but about whether she is justified in her ways. the female writer does not realize she was nursed on the male gaze for years, and it will take serious seeing with her own eyes to realize what is the real world and what is male fantasies and fears.
