I've 90% completed a discord server for people who just want to share their tmnt ocs or y/n art with the turtle gang (mainly the rise generation) since it breaks my heart ever time a person has to be an ass about rejecting or shaming individuals for drawing their ocs or y/n with the turtles, for whatever dumbass reason.

In this server, I welcome everyone, but kindly ask that adults post their stuff in the nsfw rooms, where minors can not see them for everyone's safety. If possible, there will be events for whatever me and my staff have decided for the month (the deadlines will always be flexible depending on the person's schedule to finish their entry). Some contests can even be held by a member wanting to do a "Draw This In Your Style." Just ask for permission from the staff and myself included.

The incompleted part is mainly the chatrooms for the adult audience, but they will be completed as soon as I can work on them as of date. The current mod team is the lovely @mrabubu and it means a lot despite only having one mod for this server.

There's no such thing as "white passing Latino" unless that person is indigenous.

Stop saying that you're not white because you're Latino, you are white. You're not a victim of racism for being Latino, you're affected by xenophobia.

Latino it's not a race.

If one of your parents is Latino and the other is not you're not "half Latino and half white/black/asian/brown etc" you're whatever race you are AND LATINO, you're both, the entire thing, no half.

Latinos aren't mixed or biracial for being Latino and white/black etc.

Latino it's A CULTURAL IDENTITY, an attachment we have to the country we came from. And that country HAVE TO BE PART OF AMERICA LATINA.

French, Italians, Spain people, THEY'RE NOT LATINO. (I can not believe I have to say this) yes, Latino have this linguistic meaning of people who speak a latin language and that includes french and Italian, but no one use the word in that sense most of the time. Latino it's a cultural identity related to only America latina.

PEOPLE FROM SPAIN AREN'T LATINOS, they're Hispanic, Wich is also not a race and does not make white Hispanics less white. Hispanic are people who are born in spanish-speaking countries, that's it.

For the mother of god STOP SAYING LATINX. Not only is completely useless when you're speaking in English since the English language ALREADY HAVE A NEUTRAL FORM OF SAYING LATINO (literally "Latin"), but also not even inside America Latina with our languages we say "Latinx" since people with Dislexia here often have a problem pronouncing and reading that. Insisting In the use of that is ableist and stupid. Either say "Latin" or "Latine"

NOBODY LOOKS LATINO, we don't have "Latin phenotypes", you could show me a picture of a Chinese family, tell me they're Brazilians and I would believe in you because that's how diverse america latina is, no one look Latino.

Doing this list because I was reading ultimate Spider-Man and miles called himself "Half Hispanic" and that pissed me off because he said that as a response of someone saying that he's black. As if this would make him less black or half black and he's both black and Latino, no halfs.

Casey had finally grown comfortable to a point where he could share stories from his past (or your guys’ futures). Anytime a familiar scene would come on a movie for family movie night, he’d share a snippet or two.

He tried to keep things small, not wanting to spoil anything too big in your lives. All of you didn’t know what he meant. Did you meet people important? Why would it spoil to know if you met someone?

Donnie was still upset over the fact he couldn’t ask for lottery numbers.

You didn’t find out what Casey could possibly be hiding until you were all gathered in the living room and watching shitty romance movies. There was a wedding that was thrown together, small and cheap, but it was very happy. Casey pointed it out and how it was similar to “Your and Sensei’s Wedding.”

He had said that exactly as you went to punch the turtle for stealing your blanket for the umpteenth time.

“Our wedding?” Leo squeaked.

His brothers laughed at the obvious embarrassment on your faces. Splinter let out a way too real relieved sigh.

“No way I get married to… him.” You faked a disgusted look at the turtle, trying to hide how badly that affected your heart rate. You felt the need to fan your face.

He wrangled an arm around you, ignoring your attempts to shove him away. “You love me!” He smothered your face in obnoxious sounding kisses, making sure to make that iconic smooch noise as you tried to escape his grasp. “Who wouldn’t want to get married to me?”

You two managed to play off your embarrassment pretty well. You succeeded in making them slowly turn their attention back to the movie as you two slumped into each other in relief.

You two knew the teasing would return, when you would eventually argue ‘like a married couple’ or eat cake together or do something somehow barely related to weddings or marriage.

“So, what kind of wedding would you actually want?” Leo asked when the movie night was over and you two were in his room. He rushed to clarify at your expression, “In the future! Obviously…” He rubbed his cheek, avoiding eye contact. “Unless you do want to get married. I can forge some documents. Well, Donnie can. And I can convince him to do it.”

In your opinion, getting married at your age was a crazy thing to do. But as you and Leo went to the Hidden City Library to look up Yokai Marriage Laws, it seemed a little less crazy.

i did this in 2 hours i can't express how much i was POSSESSED with this idea and the facial journey he'd go through. I am so in the court if "you fell first, but he fell harder" lane with leo. But in that way where it's not that he loves you less but in how hard it hits him all at once and he can't react to the intensity of it beyond the "oh, oh. OH. Oh okay. Yeah, no." and im going insane on this here day thank you

This has been shared before but it is well known that manga authors have brutal schedules they have to work under. So many have died before old age due to health issues.

To quote Junji Ito:

“Sleep is very important. Everyone get enough sleep. Many manga artists die young and it’s because they don’t sleep. Your best ideas will come to you when you’re sleeping. Please everyone get some sleep.”

Remember Manga authors are human beings that deserve better work conditions in their industry.

Let me add here that Master Miura paid attention to his time and health especially the last decade. His editor, his team and his colleagues cared dearly about him.

Honor him by taking care of yourself as well and value your time here.
