I haven’t really figured out the rest yet, but this idea popped into my brain, if I had the skills I’d make a god games animatic and that’s what got me thinking as I’m also re reading Moa and yk, but it’s not a fleshed out idea yet

It's the finale of the next life series. There are only a handful of people left. The Winners Soulmate theory must be true, right? Etho takes a deep breath and catalogues his opponents. He sharpens his sword and reads the death messages in the chat. Something rustles behind him. Etho turns around. It's LDShadowLady with a gun. She shoots him off the edge of the cliff and his body falls dramatically and gracefully over the edge, hitting the last two people left and killing them on impact. Lizzie cheers. Shen then immediately falls off the same cliff by complete accident. She wakes up in the Winners realm, inside a car, and blinks. "Lizzie," Joel tears up next too her in the drivers seat. "Do you want to run the other Winners over in a car for all eternity with me?" Lizzie tears up and says yes. They drive off into the sunset and immediately hit Scott Smajor

I a hundred percent agree, instead of milking PJO for all its worth, he should focus on his other story’s, Magnus Chase, Kane Chronicles, or better yet, Daughter of the deep, or he could make an entirely new book series about other mythology, or dabble in other genres, like horror, mystery, etc, PJO fans are loyal they’ll at least start to read his books, he could add Percy in the background if he really needed to. I haven’t read the “main” books after the sun and the star cause it felt like fanfiction. I hope after whatever the collage thing is (which I think is a lowkey stupid idea, why do you need the gods permission to go to collage, why’s it only Percy and not also Annabeth?) he decides to let Percy and Annabeth rest, maybe we could get a book on Grover, or the huntresses or any other characters.

Rick needs to stop with the pjo series. He needs to stop adding books to a complete storyline. Yes, we love Percy and his story and universe, but Rick is running out of ideas. His new books are either blatant show advertising, or a pr move to cover up something he wrote or did. Also they just suck. The writing in the new books straight up sucks.

Rick bases all his work off of existing stuff (Greek mythology, Norse mythology, Egyptian mythology, etc.), and that’s not an inherently bad thing, but since he can’t come up with anything completely new, he’s doing his best to milk pjo for every last drop it can produce. Scraping the bottom of the barrel won’t get the cream of the crop, it’ll get you sludge. Rick should genuinely let Percy rest and not run the wheels off of pjo. If he came out with a completely new series, it’d still be guaranteed to succeed. Rick is famous enough with a loyal enough audience/following to where anything he writes is gonna be popular, regardless of whether or not it’s actually even good.

The pjo/hoo/toa storyline is complete. I know Rick is probably gonna continue writing pjo until it doesn’t make him any money, but a boy can dream, y’know? Personally, I consider anything written past the point of toa being finished/published to be non-canon and just published fanfic because it saves the last chunks of my sanity left.
