Cerulean eyes stared back at your own, before dropping down to your exposed forearms when they registered black ink.

You were prepared to fight the man who you recognized as Dabi from the league of villains, but an annoyed sigh made you hesitate.

His eyes were locked on the names on your wrists, and you knew that his name was there.

What you didn’t know, was that both names were his, so his laughter took you by surprise.

But then someone else with long white hair kicks the man off of you and engages in a very dramatic fight with him.

You can see the glimpse of the second man’s single red eye, so you know that whatever the first man was, the second one is too.

That knowledge is enough to make you bolt the second you realize that the second man had successfully knocked out the firsts, and has turned to you.

Of course you can’t outrun him, but it’s the thought that counts right?

“Hey wait up! I just want to make sure you’re okay!”

His words make you falter, and that brief moment of hesitation lets him grab you by the arm to make you stop running.

“I promise I’m not going to hurt you! His voice is soft, and his visible eye is wide as he looks you over.

His gaze stops at your forearm where he had grabbed you, before slowly travelling back up to meet your eyes.

“Is there any chance you were like that before I grabbed you?”

You realize what he’s talking about when you look down, only to see that there’s a handprint in the shade of his eye on your wrist.
