Если бы вы читали мой пост "Истории успеха", вы бы знали, что я успешно проявил и желаемое лицо, и желаемое тело, используя Закон Предположения. В частности, путем применения состояний.
Каждое состояние приходит со своим набором мыслей. Итак, сначала я обнаружил, что полезно составить список мыслей, которые я бы подумал, если бы у меня была желаемая внешность.
Например, проявляя желаемое лицо, я знал, что мои мысли будут не просто "У меня есть желаемое лицо". Для меня это звучало и казалось очень механическим. Вместо этого, здесь были некоторые вещи, о которых я думал бы естественно, и поэтому я адаптировал их в качестве своих утверждений:

Каждый раз, когда я чувствовала себя неуверенно или расстраивалась из-за своей внешности, будь то мое лицо или мое тело, я немедленно возвращалась в желаемое состояние. Что мне очень помогло, так это свести к минимуму время, которое я проводил, глядя в зеркало. Вы не можете видеть свое лицо, если не смотрите на свое отражение. На самом деле, у меня не было доказательств того, что я не выглядел так, как хотел в своем 3D. Каждый раз, когда я думал о своей внешности, я представлял, что выгляжу как мой DF. If you read my success stories post, you would know that I successfully manifested both my desired face and my desired body using the Law of Assumption. Specifically, by applying states.
Each state comes with its own set of thoughts. So first, I found it was beneficial to make a list of thoughts that I would think if I had my desired appearance.
For example, while manifesting my desired face, I knew my thoughts wouldn't just be "I have my desired face." That sounded and felt very mechanical to me. Instead, here were some of the things I'd be thinking naturally, and therefore things I adapted as my affirmations:
"I love being so pretty I don't even need makeup."
"I feel very confident today."
(When seeing someone I viewed as very pretty): "She's pretty, but I am prettier."
"Everyone wants to look like me because I am the most gorgeous woman in the world."
"I always look so good in pictures."
Any time I felt insecure or upset about my appearance, either my face or my body, I would immediately switch back to my desired state. Something that helped me a lot was minimizing the time I spent looking in the mirror. You can't see your face unless you're looking at your reflection. So really, I had no proof that I didn't look how I wanted to in my 3D. Any time I'd think of my appearance, I would imagine I looked like my DF. My old face was dead and gone to me. And when I did catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror, I'd pretend I was simply looking at my old self, because I knew for a FACT I looked different now.
I also made certain to fall asleep in the state of the wish fulfilled every night. I did this by doing SATS every night. I would imagine myself looking in the mirror and seeing my DF. I only looped the scene around five times before I got too drowsy to do it anymore. Then I'd drop off into sleep. Most nights, when I saw my own face in my dreams, I looked exactly like my desired face.
Any time throughout my day I found myself thinking from the state of lack, I would simply shift back to my desired state. I would do this by saying "I already have it." Sometimes it'd take me a while to sustain the state, because I kept immediately doubting. But I'd just keep shifting myself back into the desired state. I would not let myself give in to my negative thoughts.
I persisted until I finally woke up with my desired appearance. It got easier every day. I remained patient with myself. I knew it was possible. The only thing holding me back was my own doubts and fears. It got easier to recognize them (because sometimes they were camouflaged, as they were so natural to me) and it got easier and easier to dwell in my desired state, until it became my dominant state.
That is how I manifested my desired appearance! It really comes down to discipline, not taking no for an answer, and persistence.
When I was a beginner in the loa community, I used to get really pissed when people told me that to manifest I had to "assume and persist", but guys that is pretty much all there really is to it.
It's the two main things you'll find in almost all manifesting methods. It's really as simple as that there's no need to make it difficult.
If you really think about it, there's no reason why it wouldn't work because persisting means taking absolutely nothing else for an answer. The moment you say "it's not working," you aren't even persisting anymore.
Plus, the law has an obligation to give you what you want. That's just how it's wired. There's no other options here.

“true acceptance… i always thought true acceptance was believing i had it instantly in the 3D and the 4D…”
while reading edwards art “though false” post and his pdf for his series (you can find on reddit) it made me realize what true acceptance is really is when it comes to the law.
true acceptance doesn’t mean trying to force yourself into believing that its there in both the 3D and 4D. true acceptance is accepting you have it in the 4D and its okay to not have it in the 3D.
true acceptance is believing that the 3D will change to mirror what you have within because the inner world is the only reality, the only thing that reflects. true acceptance is knowing the outer man can’t manifest. the outer man cant “change the 3D”. it cant make things happen instantly.. it’s accepting your outer man can only experience and be human. true acceptance is knowing your inner world is your only priority to change and everything will come through from what you are, have and experiencing within.
it made me realize that all i really had to do is just accept i have it within without worrying about whenever i have it or not and not and forcing myself to have it within for a change in the 3D.
i always freaked out about the 3D and would always force myself to change it by forcing emotions, forcing methods, forcing feeling, forcing literally ANYTHING because i had really bad circumstances. but that wasnt what i was supposed to do. i was supposed to accept i have it within. surrender to my 4D and just know i have it within. i didnt need to time “when i will get it” or time “when it would come”. everything will come to pass. i didnt need to do xyz, i didnt need to listen to “instant result” subs. i didnt need to do any of it.

i personally feel like i feel more at ease that know i have it right now in the 4D than having it “instantly”, you could manifest instant results in the 3D but manifestation is more about being within. i feel like the instant results thing makes people put a lot of pressure, expectations and fears on the outer man and the outer world thinking their priority and goal is to manifest for results in the 3D instead of just feeling fulfilled within and knowing you already have it.
whenever i would “try” to manifest instant results, i would always put an extra responsibility on the 3D. i would always try manifesting to change the 3D instead of just being it within. whenever i saw people saying they manifested overnight it always made me jealous in a way. but putting the responsibility of the 3D off my shoulders really put my mind at ease. it really did.
its just how the world works in the law terms. the 3D can only reflect you. if you manifest instant results, it kinda just shows you arent it, you dont have it within and you simply aren’t being it in consciousness. (IMO)
just relax and know you already have it within.
i promise it would better you mentally. you dont have to force to change the 3D out of fear. leave it alone. literally leave it. the 3D doesnt need your fixing, your timing, your fears. it dont need any of that.. it just reflects who you are within. just make it your home within. make it your dwelling place where you just know you have it..ROE. (regardless of anything.)

nobody told me that it was this fucking easy to enter the void like wtf I am actually crying rn because I just OMGGGGGGH
this is all I did: just before falling asleep in my head I was like “HEY SUBCONSCIOUS! WAKE ME UP IN THE MF VOID” and then while falling asleep I just affirmed “I am so happy that I woke up in the void”.
when I woke up I felt like I was floating in the air and that I was not inside my body, I knew I was in the void but I didn’t open my eyes instead I just said “I have all of my desired that I scripted from the notes app” “I have all of my desires from the notes app rn” and then I got out of there and the fell right back to sleep.
when i woke up I was about to faint cuz I didn’t know where I was until I realised I was in the apartment that I manifested and then I started jumping and happy crying because I had all of my desires right in front of me.
I will definitely be going back to the void to manifest more things so stay tuned for more success stories

why is my reality lagging? why am i, the divine, the ordained, the girl on the hill, not seeing the thing i have declared mine? i have sat in the temple of assumption. i have dined with the lords of the quantum realm. i have whispered my desires into the cosmos like a mistress to the moon. so where the fuck is it?
breathe. inhale. exhale. do not become a tragic greek figure, clawing at the sky, cursing the gods, wailing into the abyss. you are not sisyphus. you are not icarus. you are, in fact, the universe wearing a silly little meatsuit. and the universe is not incompetent.
but let’s get clinical. let’s get ruthless. let’s get biblical.
i , are you checking the 3d like a victorian wife checking the window for her husband’s ship? if you keep looking at the 3d for confirmation, you are living in the state of lack. and what does the 3d do? it mirrors. so if you live in the state of “where is it,” the 3d will say, “where is what” right back to you. congrats, you’ve manifested a waiting room. enjoy the grey chairs and outdated magazines.
ii , are you persisting or are you pouting? manifestation is not a negotiation. you do not get to sit across from the universe like a hostile business partner, arms crossed, demanding results before you believe. belief is the contract. assumption is the currency. you are either in the state of the wish fulfilled, or you are outside in the cold, shivering, looking through the window at your desire having a candlelit dinner without you.
iii , are you declaring or are you begging? the universe does not respond to “please, oh mighty forces, grant me this one thing.” the universe responds to, “this is mine because i said so.” you do not ask. you do not hope. you do not weep at the altar. you declare.
iv , are you actually embodying it? or are you just thinking about it in a cute way? imagining yourself as the version of you who has it is not a one-time aesthetic exercise. it is a full-body possession. the reality in which you have it is the real reality. this one, the one that says you don’t, is the illusion. the question is, which one do you choose to believe?
v , are you reacting to the 3d like it’s god? the 3d is old news. the 3d is a corpse. the 3d is a polaroid of a moment that has already passed. if you react to it, if you bow to it, if you let it dictate your inner world, you are breathing life back into the past instead of standing in the present, drenched in your fulfilled desire, dripping in inevitability.
vi , do you actually think it’s yours? or do you just want it? wanting is not having. wanting is the antithesis of having. wanting says, “this is separate from me.” having says, “it is done.” when you order food at a restaurant, you do not sit there worrying that it won’t come. you just know it’s on the way. so why are you treating your desire like a lost package instead of an assured delivery?
the 3d will fold. it will bend to your assumption like a devout disciple. but only if you hold the line. only if you refuse to be swayed by what is already dead. only if you walk like the god you are, not the peasant you fear you might be.
your desire is yours. it always was. the question is, will you finally start acting like it?

There it is. The frustration. The doubt creeping in, the whispered thought: But I did everything right. I assumed. I believed. And yet… nothing has changed.
You check the mirror—same face. You check your messages—no new texts from them. You check your reality—still the same, still ordinary, still not what you asked for.
And now, you’re wondering: Did I do something wrong? Did I mess it up? Is this all just fake, some elaborate trick I convinced myself of?
No, darling. You didn’t mess it up. But you are making one critical mistake:
You Never Actually Assumed. You Just Wished.
Let’s be honest with ourselves for a second. Did you assume… or did you hope? Did you decide it was yours… or did you wait to see proof before believing? Did you step into the mindset of someone who already has it… or did you just try to convince yourself for a few days and then panic when nothing changed?
Because here’s the thing—real assumption doesn’t waver.
It doesn’t wake up every morning checking for evidence like a nervous stock investor. It doesn’t crumble the second the 3D doesn’t instantly reflect back its desires. It doesn’t treat the unseen like it isn’t real.
If you planted a seed today, would you dig it up tomorrow to check if it’s growing? No. If you booked a flight for next week, would you panic every day, thinking, "What if the plane doesn’t exist?" No.
So why, when it comes to manifesting, do you refuse to trust?
You don’t assume to “make” something happen. You assume because it’s already a fact.
Assumption is not:
A technique.
A method.
A way to “convince” reality to change.
Assumption is reality.
You aren’t trying to “believe” in something far away. You are stepping into what is already yours.
Step 1: Stop Trying to Control the 3D. The biggest mistake? You are still a slave to your senses.
You look for movement. You check your phone. You stare at your bank account. You analyze every little thing for signs that your manifestation is “working.”
And the second you don’t see proof? Doubt. Panic. Desperation.
Let me tell you something: The 3D is old news. What you see right now? It’s a reflection of your old thoughts, not your current assumptions.
Think of it like this: When you order something online, do you sit there anxiously refreshing the tracking page every five seconds? Do you assume it got lost in the mail just because it hasn’t arrived in an hour? No. You trust it’s coming.
Your manifestation works the same way.
You assume, and then you let go of the need to check.
Step 2: Become the Version of You That Already Has It. This is where most people mess up.
They say “I am rich,” but still panic when they check their bank balance. They say “I have shifted,” but still search for reality checks to confirm it. They say “I am loved,” but still stalk their SP’s social media, waiting for a sign.
So let me ask you: If you really had your desire right now, how would you act?
Would you be stressed about shifting if you had already shifted 100 times? Would you doubt your SP’s love if you were already together? Would you panic over money if you were already wealthy?
No. You would be calm. Certain. Done.
So do that now. Be that person now.
Stop acting like the version of you that doesn’t have it. Stop reacting to the 3D as if it holds any power over you. Stop feeding the version of you that still doubts.
Step 3: Make Your Assumption So Normal That You Forget You Even Wanted It. This is the part nobody talks about: Detachment is not forcing yourself to “let go.” Detachment is when you assume so deeply that you forget it was even something you desired in the first place.
Think about it:
Do you wake up every morning manifesting air to breathe? No, because you assume it’s always there. Do you worry about whether the sun will rise? No, because it’s just a fact of reality.
When you truly assume something, it becomes boring. You stop thinking about it constantly. You stop obsessing over when it will happen. You stop treating it like some miraculous event.
It just is. And when you reach that point? It manifests instantly.
Now, let’s talk about the people who are still unsure. Who feel stuck, who are thinking: "But what if it’s not working?"
Here’s the truth: If you’re still checking the 3D, you’re not fully assuming.
But Leonora I’m anxious! I can’t stop checking, it’s driving me mad! You’re not alone, and it’s okay. Let’s break it down, because we’re going to handle that right now.
Some of you can’t just stop overthinking. You try to suppress the thoughts, and they come back louder. So what do you do? You redirect them. Accept that anxiety is just an old habit.
Your brain has spent years, maybe even your whole life, doubting things. Expecting disappointment. Looking for evidence that things won’t work. Of course, it’s going to feel unnatural to just “assume.” You are rewiring years of conditioning. Your mind isn’t trying to sabotage you—it’s just clinging to what it knows. So when the thoughts come? Don’t panic. Don’t fight them. Just recognize them for what they are: old programming.
Say to yourself: “Ha, there it is. My brain trying to protect me with doubt again. That’s cute. But we’re doing things differently now.” Then move on. Don’t engage. Don’t spiral.
A super powerful trick for anxious minds:
Right before you fall asleep, affirm gently in your mind, like a lullaby. No intensity. No desperation. Just soft, sleepy, matter-of-fact affirmations. Example: “I already have it. It’s already mine. It’s happening so easily.”
Why does this work? Because your brain is most suggestible in that drowsy state. It absorbs things without resistance. If you do this consistently? Your subconscious will start to believe it on autopilot.
Your anxious brain is like a restless toddler. If you don’t give it something productive to focus on, it will cause chaos. So distract it. Give it a job. Instead of letting it spiral into doubt, tell it to focus on something that supports your assumption.
Daydream in extreme detail about having your desire. Write down your perfect reality like it’s already happened. Imagine a scene over and over until it feels realer than reality.
Your brain wants something to chew on. Feed it the right things.
Yes, your mind is loud. Yes, your doubts feel overwhelming. Yes, it’s hard to stop checking the 3D.
Some of you will check anyway. And that’s fine. But make it work for you.
If you look in the mirror and don’t see a change, say: “Well, that’s nice. That means the shift is happening behind the scenes.”
If you check your phone and don’t see a text, say: “Perfect. That means the next message will be exactly what I want.”
If you check your bank account and it’s not at 7 figures yet, say: “Obviously. The money is still finding its way to me in the best possible way.”
You get to assign meaning. So make it work in your favor.
Every time doubt comes up, respond with: “Oh, that’s funny. I literally already have it, though.” Say it with amusement. Laugh at how ridiculous the doubt is. Make assuming feel more normal than doubting.
You’re still waiting for proof. That’s the problem. You wake up each morning and search for signs, watching the world like a detective looking for clues. You second-guess. You overthink. You try to “catch” reality shifting in your favor like it’s some slippery thing that might escape you.
But what if I told you that you already have it? No, not “on its way.” Not “manifesting in divine timing.” Now. Already. Yours.
Because the second you assume something is yours, it is. Your reality is shaped by your assumptions. You’re already living the life you assumed. The second you realize that, it will click.
Stop waiting for proof. Stop doubting. Stop acting like your desires are fragile or out of reach.
You already have it. Now act like it.
Your mind, your doubts, your anxiety—none of it can stop you unless you let it. The second you stop chasing? That’s when everything shifts.
manifesting is so SIMPLE, just create an assumption and persist in the new story, THAT’S IT, stop over complicating something so easy, it’ll just make it worse for you, not better. you want it easy? make it easy, why? because it is easy.
there are ZERO RULES on how to manifest, there is no specific way, YOU decide, everything is up to YOU, what you decide is true, AND IT WILL BE TRUE.
some “rules” you can make
1. manifesting has always been easy for me
2. i manifest instantly and effortlessly
3. i get all my desires when i want it
4. the 3D has no choice but to comply
5. just thinking about my desires once will make it show up into my reality
forget about your “failures” stop saying you cant manifesting BECAUSE YOU CAN, if i can, YOU CAN TOO, if she can, if he can, if they can’t, WHY CANT YOU??? why? the only reason is you. you’re hindering yourself, you’re doubting your abilities, you’re making it harder for yourself. stop it. stop. forget about the “past” and focus on the now.
you are the most powerful being, you’re the creator, you’re the key, you can have everything you desire once you change your inner world: your thought, your assumption, etc. once you change your inner world, boom your outer world has NO CHOICE but to follow, IT MUST, it has to comply, it cannot say no.
take action, start applying what you know, stop over consuming information on how to manifest, manifesting is literally just thinking,
you don’t need methods, your mind is ALL you need, you are the most powerful being, you’re more powerful than some technique, some method, some tool, stop depending on all these tools
Heyyy so when ppl say no one to change but self how can this apply to sps ?
you have to change your PERCEPTION of them, and then they will change in your 3d. if you start viewing them in your 4d as loving, sweet, your partner, loyal, etc, they will change in your 3d. you change how they are in your 4d first, and then your 3d will follow!
Please refrain from sending in asks containing any of these questions because I will most likely not answer.
★ What is the law of assumption? A law in which what you assume and believe will manifest into your reality.
★ How do I manifest x y z? To manifest is to persist in an assumption. Manifesting a certain topic doesn’t change the manifesting process, you manifest everything the same way by assuming and persisting.
★ How do I persist? To persist you must continue to do something, so to persist in an assumption is to continue to assume and believe you have your desire instead of going back to the old story.
★ Can I manifest x y z? Yes, absolutely anything is possible. If you can imagine it, then you can manifest it. Logic isn’t welcome here, circumstance does not matter.
★ What is the state of the wish fulfilled? A state of mind in which you are sure in yourself that you have your desire(s).
★ What method do I use? You don’t even need to use a method, methods are there to help you persist and maintain the feeling of being fulfilled, but they are not necessary. Do only what you enjoy and what gets you in the state of the wish fulfilled.
★ How do I ignore the 3D? You shouldn’t be literally ignoring the 3D, ‘ignore’ the 3D by accepting that you can change it and knowing that it’s only a mirror of your 4D.
★ Why don’t I have my desires? Because of the exact reason asked, you’re not persisting. If you were persisting in the assumption you have what you desire you wouldn’t be saying that you don’t have your desire. Learn to discipline yourself and to persist.
I don't know who needs to hear this but when we say "act as if" we do not mean in the 3d of course of that's something you enjoy doing by all means do it. But to act as if is to do exactly what you would do if your desire was already fulfilled within IMAGINATION ONLY!! Since the 3d is only a mirror, everything that you'd want to do if your desire was fulfilled you do it all in imagination and you identify as the person who is experiencing all of that within imagination aka imagine it as true.
Also..when we say imagine we do NOT mean visualize. Imagining is LITERALLY by definition to imply an idea in one's mind with or without consideration or reflection aka to form a mental concept, image or idea aka TO SUPPOSE OR ASSUME!! you can easily do this without the need to visualize anything. You're imagining all the time. All YOU have to do is identify with whatever it is you desire to imagine aka "change your clothes" which is code for changing your state of consciousness.
But how do you change your clothes aka a state? Well first you "choose your outfit". What is it that you want to wear, in other words what do you want to identify as. For the sake of examples let's say your manifesting your dream life. Ok so now that I know what clothes (state) I want to wear (identify as), now it's time for me to put my clothes on. How to do that? Well I imagine what would it be like if it were true? What would I do? What would I say? How would I feel? This is where techniques come in to make it fun. You can say affirmations, visualize, script, inner convo, etc. And the moment you are done with doing this and you feel satisfied that is when you know it is done. But wait! What about the 3d? "I don't see anything". Yea that may be true you can't see anything but you know what else you can't see?? Dust..yet you know it's there. You can't see atoms yet you know it's there. You can see other people in front of you right now but you know there are people in the world. You can't see a cake in front of you yet you can imagine a cake and taste all it's flavors and smell its sweetness and everything. You see, you don't have to see anything outside of you to knowyhat you already have your desires. So..just like when we say "know that you already have your desires" and "it is already done" we are not talking about in the 3d that would be delusional. We mean know you have you desires in imagination because and don't worry about the 3d it is only neutral and it can't do anything unless YOU assume it does. Even then, you're still proving that YOU are not only a creator but that imagination is the real reality and the 3d is a mirror because who's to say your desire couldn't reflect the 4d within that same second and yet you flipped it and said "it's not working" and assumed the 3d wasn't reflecting your desire. Why are you worried about what a mirror is showing you if you can already see that you have what you want in imagination?
This is where persisting comes in. You don't persist to get something. You persist because you know you have what you want regardless of what is being shown outside of you. You continously choose to identify as something even when there is no evidence of it.

you're not trying or waiting. you're BEING it NOW. you must BE it within first and then you be it in the outer world.

you can be it in imagination(consciousness) because creation is finished and that version of you already exists. you simply BE that version of yourself.
it's really simple when you understand it. you don't have to be it in the 3d. it's okay if the 3d is overwhelming because it's not about changing the 3d. it's about BEING it in consciousness(imagination) ONLY.
I remember my only goal is to BECOME the one I want to be IN IMAGINATION ONLY. So I think about something I want to be, anything. Then I assume I AM that IN IMAGINATION, and in Imagination I can be all things -ed art
you fulfill your desires in imagination by BEING the person who has it already. it's okay if you're not that person in the 3d yet. you identify yourself with imagination/consciousness. you really already are it. abdullah was right when he said "you're already in Barbados"
this is why neville's book at your command is my favorite because that book really focuses on being conscious of being it.

what can you not be in imagination? in this infinite plane of existence? ask yourself that and dare to be it by daring to assume that you are it. continue being that person within yourself as a present fact regardless of the senses. your body will catch up.
