Sorry for infodumping about my special interest out of nowhere, you said a keyword and it activated my unskippable dialogue
Love that Van also had a ShaunaHat “these bitches gay” moment this week

Y’all know bout this???
I haven't watched the episode, didn't even know there were new episodes releasing these days, then a celebratory clip appears on my feed and this was literally my reaction
mari was killed by a card meant for hannah, in a trap meant for lottie, by a conspiracy meant for shauna, and yet there was no other way for this story to go. shes been dead since the beginning.
the inexplicable urge to write gut wrenching angst about ur little blorbos at 1 am only being prevented by the illusion of time and the inability to actually produce good writing
The one plot hole I'll never accept in Yellowjackets is that Shauna was allegedly a normal stay at home mom for 15 years and only started acting out in season 1 there is no way that gremlin (affectionate) survived for 15 years on the joys of motherhood and the occasional butchered rabbit alone I'm gonna need a record of every suspicious death in New Jersey for the past two decades I'm 100% convinced she was a serial killer on the side
Lottie’s final scene being her practicing apologies over and over again knowing they will fall on deaf ears is fucking heartbreaking when she spent the whole show getting blamed for everything despite never doing a thing wrong 😭😭😭
If I could wish for just one more scene with Lottie it’s for someone she would trust to tell her it wasn’t her fault </3
I know everyone thinks Lottie wasn't popular because she was lonely and I get that, but has anyone considered she wasn't unpopular? Seeing her in the pilot she was pretty confident and snarky. Honestly pretty similar to Tai.
I think there's a distinction to be made here with the difference of being alone and being lonely. Lottie was not alone. She had friends. If no one else, Tai and Van. Taissa literally slapped her ass in the pilot.
She is lonely, but I wouldn't say she was unpopular. She was rich and had parents who were never home, which meant there's a high possibility she threw parties. That kind of thing would make her popular.
Lottie's lonely. Not alone.
