And because I realize that I never actually got around to posting her here; this is the bab!

At the moment I'm In the process of making a turnaround for her, and I'll likely post it when its it's done. The above form is her post-life, now in hell form. But she has a human form, which is the drawing I'm currently working on!

The only other thing I can say at this very moment was that she lived in new orleans in the 1920s and, for her official backstory (not the one she'll have as a side character in the book I'm writing) is that she ran away from an arranged marriage the night it was to take place, she ran away in her wedding dress and hit the clubs, and allowed herself accidentally-totally-on-purpose to be taken away by the axe man (serial killer) of new orleans, or one of his speculated copycat killers, in order to escape her family, their religious cult, and her arranged marriage. She was in her early twenties at her time of death.

The one thing I'll reblog as a (granted, late) celebration for valentine's day. Refer to the last panel, it's underrated.

((The idea for this shit post came to me after I realized that a portion of the stitching on the back of virgils hoodie spells out talyn's name. So I was like, hmmm. Why not have it spell out other things.

Her owner thought the key was a cute sentiment to tie to her as a "key summoning object". Moon?,,, Not so much.

I've been working on a backstory for moon using the lore that some imps were kept as help, or slaves, with summoning objects, similar to a house elf.

So the short of her backstory is, without all the finer details, that moon was a kept imp, and she hated what she was subjected to as such, so she killed her owner and now she owns her summoning object. It is a precious item to her, as if any living entity managed to get ahold of it, she would be a possession again. So now she lives in spite, an agent of chaos, and just generally wreaking havoc and having a good ol time.

(Also this isn't a redesign, but it is an alt. outfit of moon's. The other hoodie is still her standard attire, but this would likely have been more her speed when she first acquired her freedom. The fur lining isn't a scarf, but a part of a hood on a longer coat, maybe I'll post a sketchy sketch of the full outfit.)
