England Is The Okay-est Dad

In the stained halls of the castle. A place once called home to many ghouls alike. Once a home to a loving marriage that was bonded with a ring of thorns. The silhouettes yearn for redemption of all histories mistakes. Two widows, One seeking a ring, and one seeking revenge. The crimson throne was built over centuries of war. This war awakens tonight...

“Victoria, if you only listen to my reasoning I can show you that our kind is above those mortal,”

“As if I would listen to any more of your heartless expressions, Dracula. Those mortals you speak so low of have the same rights as you and I”

“Those mortal rats have ruined our kind lives; they have slaughtered many of us. Is it only fair for them to reap what they have sown,”

As those words left venomously out of his mouth silence was made. All the blood shed, tears cried, mercy cannot be given. Forgiveness will not be shared in these dark times. As the gods watch from the heavens above where they are protected from the wrath of below; they too fear what they created. Many have pleaded with him not to tempt the balanced scales of peace and order. Hell has gone cold while heaven is burning, and all has gone quiet. The king may be the ruler of all land, but the Queen has all the space to overthrow the King.

“Dracula,”

All silhouettes have turned to Victoria. The years of patiences solemnly lost in a single breath. All the years of caring and motherly love disappeared. The calm before the storm, but without any warning.

“I have wasted many years of my life married to a man like you, I decided to leave to live a better life; a life my parents once spoke of. A life of enjoyment and peace along with humans,”

“The love of my life, you are rambling again. Rambling about the false security of life that those rats will never understand.”

“Understand?!” The voice roars through the throne room of a lost kingdom. As teeth are bared, and the frozen room begins to melt, a heartbeat that hadn't been beat in centuries serves blood through the mind. Hate that has never been shown can open their gates.

“You were never the love of my life, I married a fool who just wanted self-gain; I have seen back then how you looked at my sister and I should have listened to my parents dying wish. But I did not listen. My life has become simple and full of love from my new love for those children. Those rats you dismay have given myself more comfort than you ever would. The tears I have yearn from my heart. The Queen in chess can move anywhere she wants, the King can only move once; who do you think can win this battle?”

As this once powerful man has finally feared something in his eternal life. The woman he always put underneath his boot. The woman he dethrone for years to gain her wealth and power. All the mistakes he made will come back. The whispers in his ears; Fear has welcomed themself in and in too stay.

“I have given you my word Dracula; as a young girl who lost everything, and now a woman who decided to get it all back. I raise hell back! And as all the demons come back from their humble graves from below, I will regain my throne.”

“Victoria, you mustn’t do this! This has gone too far,” As he turns in shock to face another of his failures, pleading with the woman he so thought he loved long ago. A woman who had no emotion for him and wanted to bear this pain. The woman Victoria has called sister.

“Akeldama, I beg you to reason with your sister this once!”

The fair lady with snow locks, a crimson eyes that would strike a man dead, a height to look down on others; yet her rose eyes carry compassion, and her posture stands for those who could not stand for themselves. Her ever black gown lace with beauty with a widow ring ring wears.

“Dracula, you absolute imbecile, had you not made haste and forced my dear sister in such a position, fire would have not taken place here. My words would not reach her peace of mind. I would know, she is the last living love I have.”

The bastards and frightened turn all attention on the Queen of the ghouls. At this time Dracula realized no monster was under his command, and another trick up her sleeve. The throne was made of thorns and such emotion. The Queen has returned.

“At this commanded, I call all ghouls to raise above and take their place,”

The true power of the bloodline has awoken; the war that had ripped apart the continent many centuries before. Mistakes that were lost in time and history repeating over and over. As her locks change from her golden brown to a frozen winter, crack all along her face, A heartbroken woman taking her place. The dead have risen.

“From this day onward, let my petrified heart rule on, that no one will be granted a peace of mind, let the hells freeze over and the gods be into fear of what they created. I let my curse stand for all ghouls wreaking havoc on all that oppose. This is the new era, a new start for all ghouls alike.”
