best friend asked me "how would Miles react if XYZ happened" and in the span of a half hour, mostly asleep, I wrote just under 1k words and I really think the spirit of Miles Edgeworth possessed me .

If I ever develop that further it'll go on ao3 as Miles/NaruMitsu angst so be on the lookout

Ya know one of the reasons I ship Kuzusouda is because if a situation played out where Fuyu realizes how dense Kaz really is, he might actually have the balls to grab Kaz’s face like-

“YOU’RE MAKING HER UNCOMFORTABLE YOU OBLIVIOUS, MINDLESS ASSHOLE! SHE’S NOT TEASING YOU, SHE GENUINELY HATES YOU AND YOU MADE IT THAT WAY!”

Or something like it in a effort to change things because he’s so fucking done with it. Done with Kaz in general. Done with everyone doing nothing to fix the problem. Begrudgingly done with everyone assuming, like he did at first, that Kaz knows how he’s coming off and that he still acts the same despite it.

And so then by indirectly helping Kaz to get a clue and apologize to Sonia profusely, he gets a firsthand experience with Kaz’s real personality. And you know…he might actually start to like him. Maybe.

I believe there is at least a three-year period where all three are living through their own hell simultaneously. Their dreams are shattered, trapped with no way out, nothing but the memory of better times to haunt them. I really love this song.

matt x juan is something so dear to me and my canon divergent mind i just think they love each other and it got fucked over when matt started getting into drugs and The Inpax Bullshit started but yeah in a better world where matt has rehab and therapy i just think him and juan would be so good. enrida/juangarde my beloved.

just. matt using dude/bro romantically but also having the cheesiest french pet names he uses for juan. the two of them back in a hotel room after an award show just slow dancing with the city skyline as their backdrop. matt being juan's muse for all the love songs he writes but juan will Never admit to this.

and i would like to imagine the rivalry they had is something they made up for shits and giggles (and publicity) and they are actually really good friends and just were taught that any press is good press so matt went "hey y'know what'd get 'em all talking???" and at age 12-13 brought this idea up to juan.

i will never shut up about enrida sorry.

‘desiree and engarde are siblings and it just never comes up’ remains the funniest ace attorney headcanon because absolutely nothing in canon contradicts it but it’s so obviously completely unintentional. like it is a complete coincidence that these two implied-french brunette biker shopaholic criminals who look similar and have the same colour scheme not only live in the same city but both know phoenix wright. the concept of desiree casually mentioning that phoenix actually represented her little brother last year and phoenix having a come-to-god realisation is killing me

really enjoy that engarde asks to call his lawyer while talking to phoenix and that when he does and phoenix’s phone rings he picks it up and says ‘hello?’ as if he’s expecting someone else and then they just continue the conversation over the phone while looking at each other. especially enjoy that he does this bit twice and that phoenix goes along with it both times. obviously indicative of something deeply wrong with engarde but arguably even more of something wrong with phoenix
