ive been met with writing block for months but that doesnt mean ill just turn to AI 💪 i dont write at all and wait for something to come up because i know im capable and better than being lazy and publishing a load of shit you’d call a “story”

a writing competition i was going to participate in again this year has announced that they now allow AI generated content to be submitted

their reasoning being that "we couldn't ban it even if we wanted to, every writer already uses it anyway"

I debated just posting these and not making a statement but I can’t, I never look away from injustice but I’m always afraid I can make it worse by saying the wrong thing. And to anyone that might complain about this or say it’s antisemitism: people are dying, CHILDREN are dying. I love my Palestinian followers and friends, I had these queued from a request but I didn’t want to put a target on the requester’s back since it wasn’t anonymous.
