rereading tkm and I sorely misjudged Kevin before tsc omg the line when Neil says you can’t be afraid of him anymore (Riko) and Kevin says

“It is not a switch you can turn on and off. You of all people know this. You did not grow up with him. You do not get to judge me.”

You’re so right Kevin. Like that line really hit me that most of the foxes and other people (including me initially) saw Kevin’s reluctance to fight back as cowardice rather than the instinctual self-preservation and trauma response that it acc is.

THEYRE LITERALLY LIKE THIS ITS SO BAD... i think the most hilarious thing in the world is that kevin is objectively attractive but his personality ruins it, and the two people who don't see it are the two guys that are so emotionally attached to kevin they go back full circle to finding him hot again. its amazing. its meant to be. they're star-crossed. no one is ever going to love kevin better. they think he's this force of nature and kevin is still embarrassed of the things he said when they met

Just thought about the Foxes having a game where they try and find one another's mugshots and treat them like rare cards depending on difficulty to obtain.

The grand prize is finding Pre-Neil mugshots in the wild. Like sometimes they just find kids who kind of look like Neil but aren't actually him and sometimes Andrew comes with a mugshot of a kid who looks nothing like Neil and Neil's just like "Oh man, Maine was a weird time in my life."

there is something so personal (and tender) about andrew taking kevin’s glove and arm guard off— like this is truly my roman empire i think about this a lot.
