Ok but where is Iwa?
okay i had a day of thinking and i came up with some more ideas after i make this post I am going to do an actual masterpost where i keep everything in this au in one place for my own sanity among other things honestly this is like a college au with a mystery that just happens to have a lot of connection to a coffee shop but whatever i’ll come up with a name eventually lol
Tsukuishima lives above the coffee shop and he is an astrology major. he moved into the top of the shop because he has an excellent view of the stars in the sky and everything just from his window. on top of that, daichi gave him the key to the roof, and he pretty much lives up there doing his studying. he really doesn’t ever spend much time in the coffee shop other then when he comes down to see Yamaguchi….
Yamaguchi is a botany major at the same college as Tsukishima. the two of them have been friends since they were kids and are still very close. they also are for sure a thing together, because Suga and Daichi know that all the plants on their roof do not belong to Tsukishima, but more often than not they find Yamaguchi coming down to work from Tsukishima’s apartment. Yamaguchi also brought in a lot of plant life to the coffee shop, giving it a fresh breath of air. unarguably, he is their most popular barista.
Yachi was a business major but she decided that she didn’t want to do that after some time and dropped out. she works pretty much full time at the coffee shop on the front register, because she is too flustered to ever handle ever making coffee. she isn’t sure what she wants to do with her life just yet.
small ideas/ideas i need to work out: daichi is going to school part time for business to help their shop profit ukai and takeda are private detectives looking into iwaizumi’s disappearance. they think oikawa has something to do with it. oikawa was in a relationship with ushijima before he moved back to their town.
“benrey” this, “benry” that. how many of y’all have benreading a damn book lately 😐
For people who still don’t see anything wrong with cultural appropriation, who still call cornrows “boxer braids”, “Kim K braids” or whatever - our cornrows symbolize liberation and freedom, it’s not your trendy hairstyle, it actually does have a history.
Since slaves were never taught to write and drawing directions was dangerous, because they could lead to them being discovered, captured, sold again or even killed by their master.
To reduce the risk of being discovered, women started weaving the maps in their hair, carving out paths with their cornrows. Some of the patterns even had hidden messages!
Yes, braiding existed in Africa way before, but it got a whole new meaning when Europeans enslaved millions of people. So next time you decide to go for a “Kim K look”, do a little research before you end up disrespecting someone’s culture and just, in all honesty, looking silly.
No
Au where waluigi is a teacher at ua, it's never talked about but he's There
BRO THIS IS SO COOL WTF
Aizawa redraw(ish?)
And those who still count afab individuals (who don’t identify as women) is very gross and transphobic.
Lowk me with Adam
the most aggravating fans are the ones that become huge fans of a villainous character but just can’t handle the fact that the villainous character does villainous things and instead said fans invent a million assbackwards headcanons about how the villain is TOTALLY not a villain at all and is some tragic blob where nothing is their fault even up to and including murder and genocide
i am just so baffled by this
I just kinda watched my hero academia two heroes and it was the most crack thing I have ever seen.... And my friend kept me from screeching like a birb, so that was fun.
