Happy Halloween y'all!

Usually I have something planned/prepared for the occasion (usually it's OC art which I'll post some of those eventually, maybe) but this year I'm in the spirit just not apparently mentally there to make anything right now.

I did say on Twitter I probably will make something for Halloween when it's over. Like I have an EMic family drawing thought up but it's not even sketched yet so it's not happening until probably November.

For now, I got nothing other than:

be safe, don't over eat candy to the point your stomach hurts, those over 21 drink responsibly and uhhhh have fun. I have class today (boo) so I'll try to be spooky afterward.

just realized Aizawa’s and Vlad King’s birthdays are two days apart. I don’t yet know what I’m going to do with this information but I have to do SOMETHING

The blog @amethystartchive is my art archive blog for my own art! Sometimes I reblog from there for bigger pieces and it varies sometimes there. Just as a head's up because I don't really use it often. I mostly post doodles over here because it's easier than big pieces.

Don't expect to see doodles over there, expect finished artwork that's like fully rendered and "pristine" to my standards.

Um, I've been on here for not a long while but a bit (I'm lurking sometimes my bad). I'm trying to write out a full welcome post but for now, Hi there!

A little bit of stuff I'll talk about:

I'm an artist, traditional and digital but leaning more digital. I actually am studying to be an animator, currently figuring out some animatic stuff and exercises for my animation skills because by God do I need it. Oh I also sometimes write although you probably won't see it, emphasis on the probably.

I'm very much stuck in TOH brainrot still even though it ended in May. That being said, I am a multifandom and OC artist, at the moment leaning more on the fandom aspect. I don't talk very much on social media to the point I have a Twitter but I don't use it very often.

Anyway, I'll see y'all when either I post that massive intro post or when I post my art/thoughts. Thanks!

Im doing a thread on Twitter but instead I ended up doing sketches. The context is that I thought of Hizashi being a rollerskater and being called a "loudspeaker on wheels" (affectionate) and then the thread has devolved from there. I'll post that here too when I get to it.

Anyway as compensation throughout this process I'm doing, y'all get some WIPs while I take 2000 years to write and edit a thread (and for here a post)-

It's my first time drawing the entire rooftop squad on a canvas. Especially Nem I haven't drawn her very much.

I do like this teen Zashi right here tho he's becoming one of my favorite drawings of him and he's not even done yet.

I'm figuring out the rollerskates so that's why I'm not showing the rest of him.

Y'all already know this mostly because I've shown my WIPs before but because I have Oboro here I gotta say it:

The colors aren't final, it's usually how I figure things out in greyscale n stuff that's why they're grey and white respectively. I usually don't post anything with the greyscale attached (the last WIP didn't have anything like that, it was just Zashi on a grey background) so I thought I'd clarify.

Wip of tomorrow's prompt (it really is almost done) the yearning contest is on and they are your opponents.

I like to think they're both pretty clean eaters but Zashi got some on his face so. Shōta got a little but Hizashi got much more so.

Happy Easter everyone (who celebrates or observes the holiday)! I don't have much to say about it just that I wanted to make a post.
