it's ridiculous and a little offensive honestly to say that byler can't happen in season 5 because it's "too late" and "there's not enough time" when the sad reality is that a lot of shows who introduced queer characters/relationships had to wait until the last humanly possible minute to introduce them out of fear of general audience dropping the show midway and the show getting cancelled if they did the same thing earlier on. i can think of at least three big shows that did it right off the top of my head and i'm sure i'll find more if i were to look for it. so stop saying shit like that and giving me reasons to be in your walls

I HATE Jim Hopper, and frankly I don’t understand why everyone loves him so much. He literally abused El, and was getting real close to abusing Joyce. Jopper is literally the worst relationship in the show.

And I don’t care how annoying Mike was being, as the adult in the situation it was incredibly horrible of Hopper to lie to Mike and say that his grandma was injured, and then to death threaten him. So there I said it. I hope I don’t lose too many followers.

no what’s actually wild is how byler doesn’t parallel lumax. lumax parallels byler. the hand hold? byler did it first. the calling out for someone during a vision? byler did it first. drawing something for the other person? byler did it first. the sitting next to someone in the hospital? byler did it first. lucas throwing his arm over max’s shoulders in s3? that seems pretty familiar. max finding a way to fight vecna by hiding in the memory of the night she kissed lucas? will found a way to fight the mind flayer thanks to mike recalling the first day they met.

a lot of the most romantic moments between lucas and max were first done by will and mike. it’s pretty interesting how the, arguably, most well written canon ship has so many parallels with byler
