No one should have to endure torment like this. It doesn't matter if they're joking or not. Every day people actually do kill themselves due to messages and statements of all sorts like this. And this is where I put my foot down.

About a week ago I posted this.

I’ve been getting horrible messages like this in my ask for months, including:

After getting the message saying “Just go kill yourself” I was completely done dealing with this person’s horrible messages and replied with just an “Okay.” and logged off tumblr.

About a week later I logged back on with 17 messages in my ask, most of them from the anon. I scrolled down and at first when I logged off, the anon messaged me things like

I scrolled up more and all of a sudden they started sending me more and more messages like

This was extremely surprising to me. I thought “After all those horrible messages you sent to me for MONTHS about hating me and wanting me dead, you say ‘sorry’ and that you ‘cant be responsible for someone’s suicide’?”

But I guess the lesson goes like this:

DONT TELL ANYONE TO KILL THEMSELVES UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED FOR WHAT MIGHT ACTUALLY HAPPEN

I have finally figured out the real reason Kojiro wears so little

He has the body heat of a hummingbird, and Kaoru is the exact opposite. No matter how many layers he wears, he will always be chilly. So Kojiro doesn't wear a shirt under his jacket so he can more efficiently do his duty as a human space heater!

• How It Will Work • Since this is my first time organizing one of these, I decided that this is going to be a relatively small event, with an even number of members (Most likely eight or twelve). If you're chosen, you'll be joining a discord server where everyone can get their partners (partners chosen randomly) and collaborate.

Once everyone is assigned a partner, each pair will have two weeks to do one of the following tasks:

• Write a matchablossom fic together (if both are writers)

• Write a fic and complete a drawing to go with it (if one is a writer and the other is an artist)

• Complete two art pieces that tie together in some way (If both are artists)

Keep in mind that these do not have to be extremely complicated! Although I do request that you put at least a little bit of effort :]

(FICS MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF AT LEAST 300 WORDS IN ORDER TO BE APART OF THIS EVENT)
