It’s so frustrating that people don’t care to understand why war with Hamas is a necessity because their antisemitism gets in the way. That they are so quick to believe Israel is out there, putting it’s soldiers on the line just to what? Kill more Palestinians? For sport? Like running to the mamad everyday several times a day is fun? Like Israelis are to blame for the fact that Hamas doesn’t care about it’s people enough to safeguard them? Let’s not even get started on the way Jews are being targeted in the diaspora. Way to prove, in your rabid antizionistic fervor, why Israel should and must exist. Jews are safe from persecution nowhere else. You don’t have to post this, I just needed to vent…

TBH, it's not even a necessity, it's just a reality. Hamas has been firing rockets without pause at Israel since Oct 7.

That's an act of war.

It has breached Israel's territory.

That's an act of war.

It did both those things to carry out a massacre of over 1,400 people, while also kidnapping 242 people.

Those actions constitute not just acts of war, they're also war crimes, and crimes against humanity.

That's just reality, and ALL of it was chosen by Hamas. Despite the ceasefire that existed on Oct 6 between Hamas and Israel. Despite Israel providing Gaza with internet, cellular services, 500 daily trucks of aid, water, electricity, fuel and more. Despite tens of thousands of Palestinian workers allowed to enter Israel daily to make more money than they could in Gaza.

It's also a choice by Hamas not to surrender. If they did, if they stopped firing rockets at Israel and returned the hostages, if they agreed to disarm, the war would be over in that moment. Instead, Hamas has declared they're committed to more such massacres in the future ("Al-Aqsa flood" is what Hamas calls the massacre):

People who call for an immediate ceasefire are basically calling on Israel to surrender to Hamas, and sit and wait for the next massacre. It's supporting the intended genocide that Hamas would carry out if (when) it has the means to.

If Israel, a nation still in mourning, not even having had the ability to fully process the trauma of Oct 7, went to fight Hamas in Gaza despite the obvious understanding that even more Israelis, even more young people, would die, that says a lot about the lack of choice that Israelis feel in this matter.

One of my favorite things in Steven Universe is fusion and my favorite part of fusion is the contrasting unique dance styles of the characters

so here is what I think the gemcyt characters individual styles are

Jimmy I don’t know the style but he has a lot of leg movements and kicks as a reference to his irl love of football 

Grian his style is disco because he had a hippie theme that one time and disco was around during that Time period also he uses that finger to the sky move to poke his partner because he is a little gremlin 

Joel does ballet like the pearls in cannon but even though he is not the shortest in this au he still over compensates by puffing out his chest like a peacock and he is on his tippy toes as much as possible and jumps into the air very often 

Lizzie Hula dancing because her design is based heavily on empires season one lizzie the ocean queen she takes inspiration from island dancing 

Cleo has very stiff movement because she is zombie Cleo and she dances like Michael Jackson in the thriller music video and she dances walk like an Egyptian because mummy’s are Kinda like zombies

Scott does not use his feet because as a sapphire floats and he does not use his legs he spins a lot and he has a very old Scottish style because he is Scottish 

Skizz dances like the prince from Cinderella because he is a prince amongst men

I think it’s funny how grian finds Jimmy intimidating it reminds me of the video where grian says that he thought jimmy was cool but then after getting to know him he realized that he’s a loser so maybe that’s what will happen here once grian sees how much of a loser Jimmy is he will wonder why he ever thought differently

In maximum ride au pearl has the ability to blend into an the environment not disappear but to be glanced over if the person in the room that shes hiding from isn’t looking for intruders or there if they are in a room with a lot of other people she also has to be standing perfectly still for like a minute before it kicks in and has to remain still to not have the power stop working

as a minor power her eyes are able to reflect more light than a normal person so they work like the moon when at night when the light from the sun reflects of the moon causing it to shine

her eyes don’t allow her to see in the dark but others can see the glow so they can tell where she is which is a blessing and a curse

Cuteguy is Pop while Grian is Acoustic

Numb Little Guy is Scar lyrics/story wise (i will go insane dont test me), while vibes only he is So Alright, Cool, Whatever

Metaphor is sooo Hotguy coded when it comes to story, while GUY EXE is THE hotguy vibes

Any song that has Beach vibes reminds me of Scar, Hotguy songs need to have a big presence idk how to describe it
