I am guessing you are talking about the fanfic called The prince & the apple I mentioned under one of my posts of the last guardian. This fic isn't written by me, but by Tr95line and it just inspired me to make The last guardian au.

Some long time ago I saw an art of Nim with dreads and I thouhht it looked really cool and wanted to draw her with that hairstyle, but forgot about it until few days ago. I still think her original hair looks great, just thought this looked cool as well.
